Years ago I began caking. That's what I call it. I had Bridie's Cakes in mind and would sit at my desk in the office, doodling cakes. Now I create them everyday in what I call the cake room. Wedding cakes, birthday cakes, each one is precious.

Peace is doing what I love each day. I now create and sell watercolour paintings of my cakes, too.
